Course Description

This MISRA C training teaches embedded developers how to write safer, more portable and more analysable C using the MISRA C:2012 coding guidelines.

The course covers the purpose and structure of MISRA C:2012, the difference between rules and directives, categories (mandatory, required, advisory), the undefined and unspecified behaviours the guidelines protect against, how static analysis tools check compliance, and how to document and manage deviations within a compliance process.
